A Little About Me

Hi, I’m Jessica — though most people call me Jess. I’m a business development and strategy leader with 12+ years of experience driving growth for e-commerce, retail, and fashion/lifestyle brands. I’m especially passionate about working with sustainable and conscious companies that create meaningful impact.

In 2014, I co-founded Enrou, an e-commerce marketplace that connected 2,000+ artisans around the world with socially responsible consumers. After three years of leading everything from merchandising and buying to product storytelling and site operations, I brought my entrepreneurial experience into the fashion industry at Reformation, where I helped scale its retail business from 3 to 19 stores, launched the brand’s innovative Retail X digital stores, and expanded its international business. Most recently, I led commerce and business development initiatives at Well+Good, where I built partnerships, optimized operations, and drove new revenue growth.

I’m now seeking opportunities to bring this blend of entrepreneurial drive and operational expertise to senior roles in e-commerce, retail strategy, and business development — helping brands scale sustainably, align teams, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Beyond work, I love cooking (and pinning far too many recipes on Pinterest), exploring new restaurants across Los Angeles, gardening, and going on long walks with my rescue dogs, Chance and Wesley.
